[Week1] Meet Your Presenters: Bradley Poulette

Bradley Poulette is an Edmonton-based software developer and entrepreneur. He graduated with his Computing Science and Psychology degree from the University of Alberta, in which his focus was software product management and human behaviour.
He is passionate about great software, and the people which build it. As a central component to software, it is people which largely determine a product's success.
Bradley believes that the best way to create great software is to nurture positive, rewarding relationships within teams. He also believes that clients play just as large a role in software development as the teams which build it, and so actively encourages getting them involved in projects as well.
An active member of the startup community in Edmonton, Bradley has founded and lead multiple tech startups around the city. Bradley partnered with the University of Alberta to create the Software Product Management Specialization in order to share his cumulative experiences with students from across the world.
As well as teaching this specialization, Bradley practices what he teaches as a founder of an Edmonton-based software company. Bradley's interests within Computing Science include code quality, leadership within software teams, entrepreneurship, and management practices. He tweets regularly using the handle @BradleyPoulette.

Morgan Patzelt is a recent graduate from the University of Alberta with a B.Sc. in Computing Science and Mathematics. In addition to her experience in software development, she has worked as a science educator, teaching areas of science, technology, and engineering to youth around Northern Alberta and the Northwest Territories.
She was a varsity rugby player during her time at the University of Alberta, winning the CIS National Championship in 2013. So she has a lot of experience with Scrum—both in the software product management sense and the rugby sense.

Cecilia Xiang is the facilitator for UAlberta professional development specializations: Software Product Management and Software Design and Architecture. She received her BSc. in Computing Science from the University of Alberta and worked as a Full Stack Software Developer before joining the MOOC team. She loves building side projects, playing video games, and watching lots of Netflix. When she isn’t glued to a screen, she spends time reading books, learning Japanese, and trying very hard not to be the worst player at Squash. She is a huge fan of online learning and believes education happens everywhere, not just in the classroom.
Emma McDonald has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computing Science degree from the University of Alberta and works as a MOOC developer.
